Compensation & Benefits
W-2 Contract | $55 $65 per hour (based on experience and certification)

Ongoing advisory and recruiter support throughout the assignment
Key Responsibilities
Provide virtual speech and language evaluations, therapy, and consultations for students in K12 settings
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) through digital platforms
Collaborate remotely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student goals
Maintain timely and compliant documentation in accordance with state and district guidelines
Participate in virtual IEP meetings and team discussions
Qualifications
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
Active California SLP license
ASHA CCC-SLP required
Minimum one year of teletherapy or school-based experience preferred
Strong communication, organization, and technology skills
